Community Contributions.
Together, we're making our communities safer. See how people are contributing to investigations and community safety.
If you’re thinking about using ISS Investigations, come prepared. The more clear and detailed you are upfront, the better they can work. I found that giving them timelines, names, and any supporting info I already had made a big difference in how quickly things moved.
Use the client portal properly. It’s not just there for updates—you can track progress, review findings, and stay fully in the loop without constantly messaging back and forth. That alone saves time and keeps everything organized.
Also, be realistic. Investigations take time if you want solid, usable results. They don’t rush things just to give you something—they focus on getting it right. In my case, that paid off.
Lastly, trust the process. There were moments I didn’t fully understand what was happening behind the scenes, but the updates and final results showed they knew exactly what they were doing.
If you want proper answers—not guesses—this is the kind of service you use.
